The Divine 9 of ABQ is the coordination umbrella for Albuquerque's Alumni Black Greek Letter Organizations (BGLOs). This site shall serve as a public forum to publicize events, provide contact information and present a means of communication with and among the member organizations. While there are nine historically Black Greek Letter Organizations, commonly referred to as "the Divine Nine" there are currently eight alumni organizations present in Albuquerque. The Divine Nine (in order of founding) are: Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., and Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc.

Saturday, January 4th, 2020 - The next ABQD9 quarterly meeting will occur on Saturday, Januarhy 4th, 2020 at 1:00PM at Nexus Brewery - 4730 Pan American Fwy NE, Albuquerque NM 87109. The ladies of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. will facilitate. If ABQD9 member organizations have any items or topics to be added to the agenda, please email president@abqdeltas.org prior to December 28th, 2019.

The Enchanting New Mexico Zetas invite you to our State Centennial Gala at the Sheraton Albuquerque Airport Hotel located at 2910 Yale Blvd SE, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87106, on January 25, 2020 to celebrate 100 years of their Sorority! US Census 2020 - The US Census affects more than you know. It not only impacts federal and congressional representation, at the state and local levels, it directly impacts districts for city council, county commission, school board, state senate and state house. It also directly impacts the federal funding apportioned to each state related to Medicaid, Federal Direct Student Loans, Head Start, Public Transportation, Hospitals, Special Education Grants, Subsidized Housing and so many other items. All ABQD9 member organizations are asked to visit www.abqd9.com/be-counted for your US Census 2020 support packet so your organization can do it's part to ensure our community is appropriately counted.

The member organizations of the ABQD9 effort to meet once per quarter at Nexus Brewery to connect, collaborate and coordinate efforts where useful. Organizational representatives are determined by the local leadership of each chapter. Meeting dates are below.
